Launch a persona
Name the coin, give its persona a face and a character, and launch. Then burn the coin to have it star in short videos. The face and the character are permanent once it launches.

Describe how your persona looks, and four faces are generated to choose from. Personas are invented people: anything that names or resembles a real person is refused.
Who it is and what it is trying to do. Both are checked by two safety models before launch, and then fixed: their fingerprint, with the face, is written into the coin's vault.
The character can shape how the persona talks and spends, but never what it is allowed to spend. Text that tries to give it new powers, such as sending funds somewhere or ignoring its rules, is refused before launch, with the reason.
